How do I cook meals if I don't have a stove?

You need hot water (around 200 to 300 ml per meal). In an emergency, you can heat it over a fire using any container. For complete autonomy, consider the Complete Advanced Kit, which includes a gas stove.

What ingredients does it contain? Are there any allergens?

Each package has a complete list of ingredients and allergens. In case of severe allergies, please contact us before purchasing to confirm the exact composition.

Do the meals withstand extreme temperatures (car in summer)?

Yes. Stable between -20 °C and +60 °C. You can store them in your car, garage, or holiday home. For a maximum shelf life of 8 years, prefer a cool and dry place.

Can children eat these meals?

Yes, from 3 years old. Check the allergens on each package. For younger children or babies, we recommend additional specific feeding options.

What is the difference between traditional and vegan?
