1. What's the difference between this kit and the Complete Essential (€209)?

The Complete Essential covers the basics for 72h (water, light, first aid, food). This Kit adds what gives true autonomy: a 20W solar panel, power bank, gas stove, pot and cutlery, and more tools. The difference is between enduring and being truly prepared.

2. What do the solar panel and the power bank charge?

Mobile phones, USB lanterns, power banks, headlamps and anything that charges via USB. The panel has 20W and the power bank 4,000 mAh, equivalent to 1 to 2 full charges of a modern mobile phone.

3. Does the gas stove need a gas cylinder? Is it included?

The camping stove (camping gas) is included. Gas canisters are not included due to transport restrictions. Buy 2 to 3 canisters at any hardware store, supermarket, or camping shop and keep them with the kit, away from heat sources. The flyer will remind you of this.

4. How much does the complete kit weigh?

Approximately 8 to 10 kg. Carriable on your back. The backpack has 40L, with room to add clothes or documents without filling it.

5. Are the meals actually edible or is it emergency food?

They are complete meals with real flavour. Freeze-drying preserves 99% of the original nutrients and flavour. Many customers use them for regular camping by choice, not out of necessity.

6. How do I know if the equipment still works after being stored for 2 to 3 years?

We recommend an annual inspection. Check batteries, charge your power bank, test the stove in an open space, and confirm that the filter is sealed. In 15 minutes, you can confirm that everything is ready.

7. Can children eat the meals?

Yes, for ages 3 and up (check the allergens listed on the packaging). For babies, we recommend specific food, and you can contact us for suggestions.

8. Can I use this kit for expeditions, mountain or kayaking?

Yes. The backpack is waterproof, the stove works at high altitudes, and the filter works with fresh water from any source. Many customers use the kit as a base for bug-out bags (BOBs) or self-sufficient expeditions.

9. Is there a warranty? How does it work?

3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects on all equipment. Meals have a validity indicated on each package (up to 8 years). 30-day return for the complete kit in original condition.

10. How long does delivery take?

Shipping within 24/48 working hours for mainland Portugal. Madeira, Azores, and Europe: 3 to 7 working days. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
